Minimum Wage or Living Income?

The Concept On Ensuring the Minimum Income Level to the Poorest Inhabitants was developed and adopted on 8 February 2000.

Sometimes, the issue of social exclusion will be more important to tackle than, say, providing a minimum level of income.
