5. Following its visit, the Committee shall communicate to the State Party concerned its observations and recommendations.

The enforcement branch may put questions to and seek clarification from the Party concerned, either in the course of such a hearing or at any time in writing, and the Party concerned shall provide a response within six weeks thereafter.

Where the Committee deems it warranted, the inquiry may include a visit to the territory of the State party concerned.

The Committee is deeply concerned about the increase in the number of occupational accidents in the State party since 2001.

The Committee is also concerned about the lack of a comprehensive sexual and reproductive health programme in the State party.

132. The Committee is deeply concerned at the extent of the reservations made to the Convention by the State party.

If deemed helpful, visits to clarify the communications, with the prior approval of the Party concerned, might also be useful

That information, being an integral part of the Committee's constructive dialogue with a State party, is made available by the secretariat to the State party concerned in advance of the Committee's consideration of the report of that State party.
