65. Moreover, while debt burden indicators, which reflected the debt servicing capacity of countries, had improved at the aggregate level, in his country, debt stock, most of which was denominated in marks, was so great that debt servicing would be a burden for the next several years.

In that context, we reiterate the calls for more radical action by the international community, in line with recommendations that debt relief should cover multilateral and bilateral debt and reduce debt stock and debt servicing by up to 100 per cent.
