Secretariat services for the tribunal would be provided by the secretariat of the Administrative Tribunal.

A Tribunal is established by the present Statute to be known as the United Nations Administrative Tribunal.

Persons tried in Spain for an offence under ordinary law may also be tried by the International Tribunal if the act is classified by the International Tribunal under the categories contained in the Statute of the International Tribunal.

The Tribunal was established by the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, which contains the Statute of the Tribunal in annex VI thereto.
