8. Recalls the obligations of parties to cases before a court or a tribunal referred to in article 287 of the Convention to ensure prompt compliance with the decisions rendered by such court or tribunal

With the exception of the Secretary General, all staff members of the Organization could be the subject of proceedings before the tribunal.

Continuation of this trend should lead to all indictees who continue to evade international justice being brought before the Tribunal.

Proceedings may also be initiated before the Budgetary and Financial Disciplinary Tribunal against supervisory officials who have approved irregular decisions.
