That level of staffing is expected to be supplemented during peak workload periods of the Tribunal.

Provision is also made for general temporary assistance ( 54,800) and overtime ( 10,000) during peak workload periods.

Other staff costs would include (a) a provision of 36,700 to cover general temporary assistance requirements, to supplement the staffing of the Office during peak workload periods and (b) an estimate of 24,500 relating to overtime requirements that arise during peak workload periods.
