Election of twelve members of the World Food Council

For one half of the 24 members of the Council, its thirty ninth session was the occasion for their first meeting as Council members.

The expenses of delegations to the Council of Members shall be met by the Members concerned.

The Council must also maintain a better dialogue with countries that are not Council members.
