لو أردنا أن نتخذ لهوا ما يلهى به من زوجة أو ولد لاتخذناه من لدنا من عندنا من الحور العين والملائكة إن كنا فاعلين ذلك ، لكنا لم نفعله فلم ن رده .

لو أردنا أن نتخذ لهو ا من الولد أو الصاحبة لاتخذناه من عندنا لا من عندكم ، ما كنا فاعلين ذلك لاستحالة أن يكون لنا ولد أو صاحبة .
and they found one of Our servants to whom We had granted Our mercy and had given a knowledge from Ourself .
فوجدا هناك عبد ا صالح ا من عبادنا هو الخ ض ر عليه السلام وهو نبي من أنبياء الله توفاه الله ، آتيناه رحمة من عندنا ، وع ل م ناه م ن لدن ا علم ا عظيم ا .
Then We shall save Our messengers and those who believe . Thus We have made it incumbent upon Ourself to save the believers .
ثم ن نج ي المضارع لحكاية الحال الماضي رسلنا والذين آمنوا من العذاب كذلك الإنجاء حقا علينا ن نجي المؤمنين النبي وأصحابه حين تعذيب المشركين .
Then We shall save Our messengers and those who believe . Thus We have made it incumbent upon Ourself to save the believers .
ثم ننج ي رسلنا والذين آمنوا معهم ، وكما نجينا أولئك ننج يك أيها الرسول ومن آمن بك تفضلا من ا ورحمة .
Because if we let ourself judge or interpret based upon our own frame of reference, we might end up distorting their message.
لأننا ان تركنا انفسنا نحكم او نترجم وفقــ ا لإطارنا المرجعي لربما انتهينا بتشويه رسالتهم
( O Muhammad ) , thus do We recount to you the events of the past , and We have bestowed upon you from Ourself an admonition .
كذلك أي كما قصصنا عليك يا محمد هذه القصة نقص عليك من أنباء أخبار ما قد سبق من الأمم وقد آتيناك أعطيناك من لدنا من عندنا ذكرا قرآنا .
( O Muhammad ) , thus do We recount to you the events of the past , and We have bestowed upon you from Ourself an admonition .
كما قصصنا عليك أيها الرسول أنباء موسى وفرعون وقومهما ، نخبرك بأنباء السابقين لك . وقد آتيناك م ن عندنا هذا القرآن ذكرى لمن يتذكر .
When Our command came , We saved Shu 'ayb and those who believed with him as a mercy from Ourself , while the blast overtook the wrongdoers , so that they lay dead in their homes ,
ولما جاء أمرنا بإهلاكهم نجينا شعيبا والذين آمنوا معه برحمة منا وأخذت الذين ظلموا الصيحة صاح بهم جبريل فأصبحوا في ديارهم جاثمين باركين على الركب ميتين .
When Our command came , We saved Shu 'ayb and those who believed with him as a mercy from Ourself , while the blast overtook the wrongdoers , so that they lay dead in their homes ,
ولما جاء أمرنا بإهلاك قوم شعيب نج ينا رسولنا شعيب ا والذين آمنوا معه برحمة منا ، وأخذت الذين ظلموا الصيحة من السماء ، فأهلكتهم ، فأصبحوا في ديارهم باركين على ر ك بهم ميتين لا ح ر اك بهم .
Whether We show you some of the promise ( of punishment in wait ) for them , or take you to Ourself , their returning is to Us in the end and God is a witness to all they do .
وإما فيه إدغام نون إن الشرطية في ما المزيدة نرين ك بعض الذي نعدهم به من العذاب في حياتك وجواب الشرط محذوف ، أي فذاك أو نتوفين ك قبل تعذيبهم فإلينا مرجعهم ثم الله شهيد مطلع على ما يفعلون من تكذيبهم وكفرهم فيعذبهم أشد العذاب .

وإم ا نرين ك أيها الرسول في حياتك بعض الذي ن ع د هم من العقاب في الدنيا ، أو نتوفينك قبل أن نريك ذلك فيهم ، فإلينا وحدنا يرجع أمرهم في الحالتين ، ثم الله شهيد على أفعالهم التي كانوا يفعلونها في الدنيا ، لا يخفى عليه شيء منها ، فيجازيهم بها جزاءهم الذي يستحقونه .
