Mr. URBAIN (Belgium), speaking on behalf of the European Union, said that during the current session it would be necessary to take a decision on the restructuring of the economic and social sectors, which implied a new, more effective and in depth approach with regard to the governing bodies of the various United Nations agencies and organizations.
