Let me read you what I wrote that night in the Heraldo.

The Bureau of the Committee in 2004 consisted of Heraldo Muñoz (Chile) as Chairman and the delegations of Romania and Spain as Vice Chairmen.

On 13 September, Ambassador Heraldo Muñoz, Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1267 (1999) concerning Al Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, briefed the Council in accordance with resolution 1526 (2004).

Lastly, at its meeting on 22 November 2005, the Working Group was briefed on the issue of the fight against terrorism through the means of sanctions by four experts Sue Eckert, Heraldo Muñoz, Nico Schrijver and Michail Vitsentzatos.
