25. While in Zimbabwe, my Special Representative received, on 22 August 1993, a message from General Gato, UNITA apos s Deputy Secretary for Foreign Affairs, indicating that he would like the United Nations delegation to come to Kinshasa for discussions on humanitarian assistance.
