In the case of Prosecutor v. Naser Orić, Trial Chamber II rendered its rule 98 bis oral decision on 8 June. It acquitted the accused of both counts of alleged plunder of public or private property and ordered the continuation of the case in relation to the other counts set out in the indictment.
