All the people who participate in social media networks belong to the same old demographic categories that media companies and advertisers have used in order to understand them.

MOWE continues to carry out training for media personnel to enhance their understanding and ability to reflect and promote gender equality and justice in their work.

The Working Group agreed that training should be offered to top management, senior managers and staff at large to enhance their understanding of the value and techniques of self evaluation (see annex, action item 15).
