Let's forget our differences. They are gone.

Now, in our culture we've been trained for individual differences to stand out.

We can never reconcile our differences.

It shows that there is a determination to overcome our differences.

There's a lot of conflict, and the question is, how do we deal with our differences?

Ironically, it turns out, that it's our differences, and our negotiation of difference, that unite us.

Argentina, France and we have sat together and laughed and talked and shared our difficulties.

But despite all our differences, most of us share certain hopes for America's future.

Today, as we seek to strengthen and revitalize this organ, we must recognize, despite our differences, the undeniable moral and political authority of its recommendations.

That actually wouldn't be such a problem, because if we were really all going to die, we would put aside our differences, we'd spend whatever it took, and we'd find a way to deflect them.

It is hypocritical behavior, trying to maintain the existing conditions highlighting our differences, deepening poverty and crime, which result in their internal political gains.

However, we believe that our disagreements during Review Conference have not in any way weakened our achievements in 1995 and 2000.

So how is it possible to overcome the fundamental paradox of this Organization to link the pride of our national statehood, which is the source of our material, cultural and ethnic differences, to the idea of unity, of being united .

That actually wouldn't be such a problem, because if we were really all going to die, we would put aside our differences, we'd spend whatever it took, and we'd find a way to deflect them.

My work also has allowed me to collaborate with women cartoonists from across the world countries such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey, Argentina, France and we have sat together and laughed and talked and shared our difficulties.

The success of those negotiations indicate that, in spite of our differences and individual sovereign interests, Member States recognize that we have more things in common than things that divide us and that, for a better world, common interests must enjoy precedence over individual interests.
